Yeah with a 20,000,000,000 AS and a 4,081,950,030 OS it'll be hard unless they retire some shares plus initiate a buy back.
That the fact that they recorded a net loss of almost a half million dollars begs the question where will they get the cash from to implement a buyback? The only have $80k in cash which they need to continue business operations.
