Tax selling does not effect every company because it mainly effects those whose stock is down significantly. So it is effecting ADXS as well as many small bios. I know you don’t believe in the manipulation being the main reason for the stock price. But that can only be because you don’t understand how it works or you cannot recognize it. Of course, when a group of thieves attacks a stock relentlessly using computer algorithms for months and years some legitimate investors will sell. If the stock was at 25 right now neither you or alot of others would be complaining about management, delayed timelines, etc. But the stock is at 3, so the opposite occurs.
