They can NOT disclose any info. that is a FACT!

yet they will tell you that any allowable corporate officer or CEO permitted to file w/ FINRA for such Corporate Action may release the application publicly for the aforementioned Name Change this is also FACT

FINRA does NOT have any NDA's as it relates to publicly disclosing any & all corporate actions once the application has been filed along w/ the required accompanying payment.
