I agree with you @andrius... Maxim doesn't give a f*ck if they need to sell 35 million shares at $0.06 or 140 Million at $0.015, they just want their money and that's what matter to them. That's why I sold off my 40K shares @ $0.0459 today for a big loss, because there are (at least) another 35-40 Million more shares to go. It'll be around $0.02 by Tuesday morning probably, the lower the price, the more shares they need to sell.

Who can explain if the noteholders at times are selling at a discount to debt? If for today $200K of debt is eliminated but only $180K of cash recovered to lender, it is guess work as to why? I just don't understand the formula as to how selling at $3.80 today makes sense, but can't argue with trading prices
