Well I was right. U Mobile is looking to go public next year in August. Now the question is will they do the IPO the traditional way and thru the Malaysian stock exchange or will they acquire EA and use the U.S markets as their vehicle or both?
They could do their IPO in Malaysia and acquire EA to use the US Market as well. Just my thoughts but I knew they wanted to go public and this just hit yesterday.
