Union side is always looking for ways to make jobs more ergonomic as ford does too but when it comes to cost the company side is always about the bean counter and not pay the price for it. Company side are always reactive versus being proactive but that mind set are all companies really. Let’s hope they see what cost saving it can have as on the job injuries are the companies biggest issues when it comes to cost
