Sure they will but the old holders own a very tiny percent of outstanding shares. By the end of the day I am thinking over 37 million shares. If the volume is moving towards 20 million per day, tax loss selling looks very minor to me.
Market cap is another story. About 1.5 million, so this stock can move.
