Absolutely NOT ..they have proven nothing except ability to dilute this stock and run it into the ground I would wait until after RS to see if it drops more which more than likely it will right now it can't go any lowewr than .0001/ no bid but after RS it can drop even more hopefully FINRA doesn't approve the RS ..
