That is my understanding as well Mary. ONCI will report unaudited financials on December 15th and the audited fins on January 31st.

1) Are you still expecting around $1M in revenues for the Qtr?

2) Will the 1.4 Billion share reduction be reflected in the current OS?

3) If the 1.4 Billion share reduction is reflected will the OS be above or below 3 Billion?

Really Mary777? 4Q is due 12/15. LOL. Folks, there is NO 4Q filed, not ever. An annual 10-K is filed and its due 90 days after 10/31 year-end (the due date is 1/29/18)
