You've got nothing IMO. We are not lawyers. Dan is in fact one of very few persons who updates his holdings the very minute it changes. If there is more to disclose, he would have done so. If there is a conflict of interest or related party risk, it would be in the 10-K. Nobody is robbing you. Also keep in mind that Dan is not a Chinese citizen. He can be sued for every penny he owns.
