No new news here. Still no 10k. Same story, different day. Except that the CFO changed her first name. If the IR person said you couldn’t share his email, he’d be violating all kinds of SEC rules and other laws about disclosure of company information.

IR told us 8-k coming, THEY DELIVERED!
IR emailed back a shareholder giving them permission to share with all of us the 10-Q is being worked on. a 10-K will be coming in the future, but the clean up from the deal that didn’t go through will take some time.

IR delivered once and I will be here when they deliver again.
