If I have to guess, then my guess is that he is talking with lawyers who know the OTC rules, and things will be taken care of, as he says they will. Maybe some here have never worked under laws or NDAs, or other reasons where disclosure is not allowed... some of us have. Just because something can't be announced publicly or information given to a shareholder in an email doesn't mean there's something devious going on in the background. Some people actually have integrity (Dr. Cellucci). Maybe the OTC is not used to it, but that doesn't mean it's not there.
