Please explain how the value of BVI-based Internet PCS Inc. (“iPCS”) directly & positively impacts UAMA. It seems to me that UAMA's network will have substantial value, but the Gigas have separate value not necessarily increasing the value of UAMA directly. What am I missing fromtheuk?
