Nobody asked any good questions and they didn't volunteer anything new other than BC III decision to be released 12/14.
bigfred... did you attend and have a meeting with Hartstein and Noonan? I know they couldn't tell you anything directly, but did they hint at working on something for the near future and hoped to have details soon?
Interesting to have German court pre-announce a date for decision. Why not just give the decision? My guess is still they were asked to hold off. German courts pride themselves on how efficiently they handle these matters contrasted to the years it takes U.S. courts. I believe they were told of an attempt to settle and given the 12/12 settlement conference date. I think they agreed to hold off until then, but made it clear that the decision would be made public 12/14 whether they were ready or not if no settlement was completed.
With the time difference we will know before the markets open on the 14th. Gives them chance to complete settlement by the 12th and announce it on the 13th.
