Just too embarrassing for the old BOD to get run out of town on a rail at the ASM. Publicly embarrassing. And not a good look for PPHM with potential partners/acquirers looking on.

That's why I bought a plane ticket and planned to attend the ASM. I was looking forward to a good fight with a ringside seat. I was hoping that either the management or the corporate raiders would pass out beer and peanuts for the crowd.
