CoastalTrader83 No I wasn't there, I was at other meetings, however the webcast was clear.

It is a very simple matter of generating a new PT as the business model matrix is all set in a programmable mode with easy entries of new info.

However without the PJ new PT made public yet, I am thinking more that PJ is waiting for $VCEL to make public the new ICT Partnership details, when it becomes official. Just a thought. However if PJ is going to raise the PT significantly , then they want to make certain that the ICT Partnership is a done deal with official endorsement by the China gov't.
