Here are some of the key points below:

-Company believes stock is way undervalued

-Consolidate its mining assets, and then distribute the assets to the stockholders

-Have a third party buy back shares to punish the shorts

-Great West Gold will be parent company of the three mining companies

-Will distribute stock dividends

-Will enter a new industry sector and change their name and trading symbol

Like they said, there will be a series of more PR's that will explain each new change and endeavor the company will pursue

p.s. I will at happy hour have an answer to your first question

As far as your questions, who the hell knows...
But what I observe about gwgo, I've been in it since Africa mines.... is a holding company with a boatload of assumed "interests" in other mining companies that haven't brought dust to the surface and IMO never will. Their ie: Gwgo, money is made in new stock issues and manipulations.. all this posturing looks like one big convoluted reverse split. Spin offs can sometimes be as useless and regressive as a r/s to the small common shareholder.

Gwgo has stated last year of leaving the mining sector completely... My thought is the officers or Axtel wants to buy an interest in Buyin.net, since gwgo was one of the first sponsors to the site... as far as I could tell.

As I have said before, I have lots of free shares from divs and want to time it before the r/s so I can get at least my original cash back.
