That trading day started with 499,031,000/350 = 1,425,803 OS and if you assume that 70% of all this trading has been done by Maxim (new shares) it would be safe to assume that by now OS count should be around 49.88 million.

Also, if they have sold 48.4 million new shares at an avg. price of say $0.17, that would imply that they have collected $8,228,000 by now and with another $2.1 million pending to be collected (diluted) at the current PPS of $0.056, they’ll need to sell another 37 million shares which would imply that this thing can be wrapped up by the close of Monday probably. I’m down about $7K with this POS but holding 40K shares and can totally see the light at the end of the tunnel from here... Remain strong and Monday should be fun for sure… GLTA
