You dont have to do anything.

Edit : zu, something is missing, post that notice if you can. You saw my notice. How can yours be more bold? I think your miss interpreting something. I dont know how thats possible, you seem pretty smart to me.

I just don't understand why TD Ameritrade is saying this to you. I have a substantial amount of CTs across various Accounts at TD. I did not have any issue with them and no one from TD contacted me in any fashion regarding my Accounts or the holdings. Do you have your CTs in a Margin Account and have you exceeded your Margin due to a Fall in PPS of any other stocks you may have I the same Account? In that case, they may issue a Margin Call but even then no one can force you to sell off your CT holdings IF you have fully covered the CTs... As the CTs are penny stocks, as far as I know, they cannot be marginable even though you may buy them in a Margin Account.

IF TD Ameritrade is in fact somehow trying to liquidate your CTs you have a right to Sue TD or file an SEC Complaint against them as they cannot discriminate against you as a 'Brokerage Firm' There are strict Securities laws in place to prevent that.
