Your "buyout point" is something you MADE UP! It's nonsense! What you are suggesting here at $1 does not exist. Continuing to talk about your made-up price level does not make it real... because it isn't.

If there's to be a buyout point, it would be after several clinical trial successes and pharma deals, and would be something north of $50 a share. Not one dollar. Fifty dollars.
