New York (November 8, 2017, 9:22 PM EST) -- Digital home phone service provider NetTalk.com Inc. has agreed to hand over more than $200,000 and the title to its Miami headquarters as part of a settlement ending a derivative suit brought by shareholder Telestrata LLC over allegations that NetTalk executives illegally seized control of the telecom, according to papers filed in Florida federal court on Tuesday.
Both NetTalk and Telestrata asked U.S. District Judge James Lawrence King to sign off on the settlement, which would see Telestrata receive the property, valued at $6.3 million
