I think your correct sort of... The Financials will be out on Dec 15th as Steve said, thats my opinion...but as we know the Audited Fins are not due for 90 days past the close of the Oct Q... those will take a bit longer since they have to audit 2016 ad 2017 for qualify for up listing... so Jan will be about the right time line for the Audited Fins IMO. But the Fins on the 15th will verify the revenue for this past Q and that will move the stock back to a penny if its not there already.
