I do know what they are. They are on TSX.com look for the 2017 guide to listing. Page 22 lists requirements for R&D companies.

We have:
-Funds to cover planned R&D expenditures
-We'll need to issue securities to reach 12MM in the treasury (small number in the big picture)
-2 years operating history
-Adequate, experienced management
-Minimum 1MM free trading pulic shares
-Minimum 4MM shares held by public shareholders
-300 public shareholders with a board lot or more
-And a sponsor is generally required. Not sure about the sponsor.

Pretty basic listing requirments.
