sodamnsane, the CEO did not put $400,000 of his own $$$ into NPHC;

He gave himself 3 million Preferred A shares in forgiveness for $400,000 he paid himself that he could not cash in due to NPHC having no cash;

Big difference.

$400,000 salary that could not be paid is pittance for the ability to Authorized Shares or Reverse Split without shareholder approval and print millions$ worth of new NPHC shares for pure profit.
