Please review the QEDN statements as you can see QEDN paid virtually no business expenses and only paid personal expenses. Kate can go wherever she wants on her own dime. She CANNOT use QEDN's cash as her own personal piggy bank.

This is a publicly traded company. Especially with it being a nano or microcap company, where funds are often very tight. It's "our business" to know where the money is going. She embezzled. Plain and simple.
