I don’t buy that theory. ASCM plays active tickers. If someone were dumping their newly issued shares we wouldn’t have had the massive up days.

There’s been shares issued for lots of stuff over the years and ASCM was never here. All the sudden they show up when massive volume hits, I think they’re just playing it because it’s an active ticker.
