What people don't get is that your 1,000,000 shares will become 1,000 shares in a merger, and open with $10 a share. That is if we are valuated at $0.01 per share. People will be happy that it will no longer be a penny stock, and the manipulation will disappear, but then you have the traders who will not be happy because now it doesn't have the percentage variation it used to have, and going from $10 to $40 will take months for a 400% gain. For those of you who don't get it, yeah it can go from $0.002 to $10 if you ignore share count. For those of you who do get it, not worth flipping once it hits IPO.
