The same risk with any other reporting stocks which including the so-called big board stocks. Per my decade-plus stock-investing experience those non-reporting OTC stocks have performed much much better than the so-called reporting stocks! Plus the non-reporting OTC stocks have much much lower risk due to no No bankruptcy, no-dilution, no-R/S, and no bad news etc.!

Anyway now it is the best opportunity (due to the year-end tax-loss sales) to steal those dirt cheap shares from some weak hands and the tax-loss sellers. I'm bidding at 0.0002 ~ 0.0001 and no any fill so far. So I Slapped many shares at 0.0003 ~ 0.0005. It is easy to hit 0.001x again...
