I asked this question months ago. It's a waiting game.

I'm no expert on anything, and some would say I don't know my a** from a hole in the ground, so anyone who reads this and wants to pick apart my every inaccuracy and misspelling, I'll throw out a big "do your own research and don't listen to me" right from the get go. Having said that, I had the same questions as you, and here is what I found out so far.....

Apparently the ticker was halted because the company is in the process of completely changing its classification of business with the exchange (to get into a marijuana business). I guess this is a long and pain in the butt process with the exchange, and requires tons of documentation and answers to many questions. Supposedly VNNYF has provided mountains of paperwork to the exchange and the exchange continually comes back with more questions and requests for further documentation. While I have not been able to find any kind of timetable as to when they think the exchange will release the halt, I did find one article this week that said it looked like they were likely coming to the end of the process.

If you bought this on the Canadian exchange and they for some reason never release the halt, then I think it's bye bye to your money. I had one on the OTC that happened to several years ago and lost it. If you, like me, bought it on the OTC market than as of today, you can still sell it cause it still trades there, albeit lightly and with a large spread.

I took a chance on this one and bought it when it first started trading. I'm in at .88 (ouch). I'm trying to find any info on the likelihood of the stock resuming. If this looks to be the case, I'm thinking about averaging down, but at this point I'm not sure that won't just be throwing more money down the drain. I think if they resume trading it will go up, but I can't find a whole lot of anything to know what is really going on with this one.

For what it's worth, hope that helps. Anything you find would be appreciated.

Happy new year.................
