Perhaps you didn’t read the 10Q or company issued press release. It stated clearly that the company would NOT dilute and would be selling it’s shares in MRMD into to market in an orderly manner to fund operations and other corporate matters..
Strange how some repeatedly mis state the company’s publicly stated position.

People see what they want to see, usually.
They come here to affirm their position, not challenge it.
Right now nothing but buyers and sellers moving this.
No news, nothing, so if the sellers do more than t he buyers, it goes down.
Plain and simple. Regardless of how anybody feels about the "WORTH" or "value", with no news, it is simply whatever happens on the day to day.
No super crazy volume either way, so down right now, could be up later today, or tomorrow, or go down further.
Till we get a calendar date or something positive any gains will erode.
I don't read charts, so can't say what the chart is telling you other than right now it is a downward trend. That changes though on a whim for now.
and the changes on a whim will continue till we get some form of news that this is moving forward.
The waiting for court date is driving me bonkers.
