What I heard is PAR deal paid a lot upfront, thus profit share is low.
I hope you are right, because quite often more upfront is compensated with lower revenue share percentage only until some total sale has been reached. After that the percentage will be higher.
Maybe this is why IPCI management expects IPCI break even in half year. PAR has sold Focalin quite well and maybe the percentage is going up sometime soon.
