That 'PR' is in regards to
"financial reports and/or the related SEC/OTC compliance"
(90 days is just the max allowed in the 'timetable' and
could be completed much earlier)

Other PR's allegedly pending such as
the 'transactional business' could be
PR'd at anytime now. Otherwise GDSI would not have
just recently wrote the following:

"we should be able to disclose our plans within the next week or so. As I have said before, we have several lawyers working on our transactional business and on our legal defense in New Jersey."
..."News will be released when cleared by legal. I am trying to estimate when they will be complete with their work." Global Digital Solutions, Inc.
