......FDIC are smart snakes..........they usually cover their rear ends quite well and either stay out of the court systems or GAME 'EM.........
........we believe the FDIC got uwbi to sign away their lawyers and agree to litigation waivers across the board.......on day one............the ITR was a legal loop-hole exception because it was not a recovery and was a creditor matter and it was the FDIC which sued to get it, not us.........
....the only GOOD sign coming from this FIVE-year+ nightmare........we ain't wiped out.........the corpse has a pulse.......only worry I have is that guy locked in a low-ball too early.....but that's the worst case and it = that 200,000-share FCNCA question.......1/150 and no cash.....(although today would equal about $3 per worth of frankie's fudge, imo)........
