Anyone can call and find out they won't give SS. But as you mentioned ihsi updates SS often and TA doesn't give SS to retail investors on any stock

Yes, send them an email, ask what the current share structure is for your stock and wait for the reply. They will either give you the current share structure or they will redirect you back to the company with that question. If you are redirected, they are gagged!
