What was found today, was the connection between level 3 and elnk.....and there is huge speculation that tko is/will be working with elnk--and elnk is doing new fiber, i think i remember, from a ny times article about 1-2 months ago....who the heck knows...as ouch says..only the shadow....

Dont really know how to answer your question..Is just that earlier today when I was doing my research, I came across something about Level 3 getting a homeland security from the gov't..
