Waiting for CB to wade in on this,
I'm going along with his post #105387. Dror will boost the price up on the new company, those shareholders will make out if they don't get greedy and hold too long. Any shares that VPOR shareholders get from RCGR should gain a little also, if not held too long. All in my opinion.
