He'll file another S-1 registration for the new shares that's being issued to VPOR shareholders.
Quite a bit of dilution in the other ticker (RCGR) as well considering such a small float. No business, no revenues, but plenty of conversions on regular weekly basis and plenty of derivative liability, which not surprisingly is what got Dror in trouble last time.
I'm going to have to dig in more throughly and look at that buy out contract to see what we can expect.
