Smart Money already locked up float which is why its moving on air now. I know i locked up my many millions and millions of shares at .10 cents GTC sell order so market makers can't short against them or borrow them.

Put in GTC sell orders at a much higher price like .10 or .20 so market makers can't short your shares.
