Nonsense. Can we please stop blaming FINRA for the company's missteps and dragging their feet releasing more info to shareholders? FINRA did its job, it wasn't their fault the company took forever to provide the right paperwork to satisfy minimum requirements for a simple name and symbol change.
This company has stumbled and bumbled its way through everything from absurdly inaccurate filings (5 amendments to get one right) to a ridiculous PR promising consolidated financials. If anything the company is sorely incompetent.
Let's hope they've learned something from all those mistakes and will show more professionalism moving forward. I'm expecting a decent PR with solid information that will send the price much higher. Let's go JBZY!
