To late, if the States protect the industry Mr Sessions will have a very tough time doing anything against it.That's why January first is so important for the industry, the 7th largest economy in the world opens up and protects us. GO POTN.

It’s always a legitimate concern whenever the Feds are involved. If the amendment doesn’t get included in the budget that won’t be good and i wouldn’t be surprised to see the green index take a beating. However, this is a long term investment of mine, Feds or no Feds, i believe in the capacity of this plant to change the world for the better. While, short term it will be bad, i also believe that this will shine the spotlight firmly on the cannabis industry and something HUGELY good will come of it. This is the last hurrah of the Prohibitionists. If they dare mess with THIS sacred cow (try to to take it away again) they will have open and conscious objection and defiance. I would not obey this law. I wouldn’t even consider it. It makes absolutely no sense at all.
If anything, long term it will speed up the process (of legalization) dramatically. Short term, could be a HUGE HUGE BUYING OPPORTUNITY.
Let’s not forget Mr Sessions and the DOJ are being sued as we speak. That case will have far reaching ramifications as well. I expect WE will win. Truth is on our side.
