This cements my belief oi2go is the evolution of oi2tv. I recall the Latino Netflix pitch.

This is good for us.

So they own half and we all own half (51/49)... the only question is what percent of shares are they adding at the $50m valuation... if it's another equal part (1/3) our valuation jumps from $10m to $49m... if they are offering less, it's even better.
