So do we sue to get the MBS moneys that have been turned over to the FDIC that rightly belong to UWBK and those collected from JPM and B of A ?

If I remember we still have the right to sue JPM....To Me it looks like the FDIC should be on the run. ..... Guy should reverse all the papers turning over shareholders assets to the FDIC.
