I've never thought that JBZY would wait for the lawsuit to be resolved, but after having seen the way they were absolutely certain about finra approval before moving assets leads me to believe that they will not do anything to increase sp until the injunction is issued preventing any sale of the shares in question until the case is resolved.
I think they asked for the injunction so they could move forward without waiting on the case to be resolved.
