The hotels in Key West had 13800 room commitments in the month of September. The value of those rooms was just over $2M.
A commitment means jack squat if you fail to deliver what YOU committed to. It is not considered revenue. You cant borrow against it. Real banks won't finance a commitment, and investors shouldnt believe it is real revenue. It isnt even an asset.
It's just something OMVS puts in every PR to mislead investors into thinking this company will ever follow through.
It is a glorified letter of intent.
