I wasn't looking at the float on the OTC website,I took the 1.98 million float from I Hub,but anyway I was checking back to see if this thing would be worthwhile to buy back in with the declining share price,and will be checking back less and less,as this stock will most likely IMO De-list in the next 6 Months,as I did see the STOP SIGN on the OTC but to your point they are not current on anything, and going deeper in debt, if the note is not paid,when you find out next week.The float can and will most likely change in the future.I was only using the the 1.98B as an example,but any way I will be moving on and Good Luck to you,POE will be where it's at from here on out,if people keep buying.If I come back it will be around 8 cents with Current GOOD FINS on the OTC.Wishing Everybody A Happy and Prosperous Holidays.

I don't know how you do it....remain so patient and kind. I for one thank you for your posts. The facts are OMVS is a startup, they required dilution for startup capital, and their CEO seems like a credible guy. Simple stuff.
