You are making valid points but don't forget that they are current and the share structure is still excellent. Now think about who is involved with the Troptions Corp and how long they have been around. They had to do their ICO outside of the US due to regulations (and lack thereof)- that will most likely soon be changing in regards to cryptocurrency.
My own personal opinion is that there may be some merit to the RM rumors floating around and that may be why we haven't seen the XTroptions added- yet.
