Mr. Iliad is responsible for that one. The PPS will be whatever he chooses the PPS to be.

However, 7.7m shares traded is great. If the volume keeps up, Iliad will get knocked out very soon. Will there be a subsequent noteholder to follow Iliad? We shall see.

But I dunno how the price drops to .02 for selling 1000 shares when there's a bid up at .023. If that did happen though, it wouldn't surprise me. They're all POS's.
