Correct. I just called Bloom Burton. The offering sold out on day 1. They increased it because demand was enormous, and completely filled the $23M.
I can confirm with what I believe to be 99% certainty that on 12/5 we should see the announcement of the fully funded offering ($23M CAD) confirmed as closed. I have to believe the market should respond with a very positive reaction. This is excellent news, like we have all discussed over the last few weeks.
Bloom also confirmed that Titan has to jump through all the regulatory hoops, as it has done the past few weeks, before they can officially close the offering. That is why it has taken this long to get where we are, and likely why Mac is not concerned. The market should correct itself as the PR is announced and new investors want to get in as quickly as possible at a major discount to the most recent offering.
Again, it is my belief Titan has bottomed and we should see significant pps improvement from here beginning next week and continuing all the way through FDA submission. Of course not on a straight line, but I think we will quickly get out of the 30s, establish a nice base somewhere in the 40s, then push through the .50 psychological level and continue on.
