It is important you tell them that the CTs are not worthless and stress that they have the ABILITY to recover a good portion if not all its value.

I just need some one who can send a email to make inquiry see what the answer will be. If other customer can get certificate, and pay less. Then I was unfairly treated.
I wrote them emails and will address those issue you mentioned by certificates letter.
