yes that is all true but unfortunately very hard to prove in regards to SEC. the white diamond and streetsweeper rags are hired guns you pay them for a result usually with tanking a stock price. pay enough money and you can also buy a legit media distro service like Bezinga. Then pay some idiots to camp out on popular message boards and trash talk the stock. then pay an underground trading group to keep launching short sale campaigns against the stock to incite uncertainty and despair.
lets say this cost ISRG 1 or 2 million for a sustained bash / short sale campaign. it would be written off as some type of unrelated misc expense and at same time keep TRXC on edge by harming share value and investor confidence.
IMO at the end of the day all this really does is give smart investors and extended buying window on low share prices before the shares eventually rip it upwards.
Also IMO the real criminal here is Bezinga. rags like white diamond and sweeper stay on page 50 of google and unknown without a legit media outlet that will let them push their fake poison to trading desks as "legit news". Bezinga sells out and gives them that avenue. Would love to see Bezinga's access revoked by all trading platforms and SEC investigate.
As far as ISRG underhanded tactics - Karma is a b1tch and it will catch up!
